It has annual sales of 10 billion dollars, operates in some thirty countries around the world and has 20,000 employees. The company has opened a pan-European Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona. Apart from the financial transaction functions, this centre also houses all of European accounting and administrative functions.
ACCOUTABILITIES
1.Responsible for accurate and timely logging and investigation of Spanish billing complaints received by Email, Fax and Telephone.
2.Working alongside the Commercial, Customer Master Data, Customer Engagement, Credit and Collections, Cash Applications, Trip Closing and BPS teams to investigate complaints
3.Responsible for supporting the Complaint Escalation process through the agreed channels
5.Request necessary credit approvals in accordance with the European Credit approval process
4.Success is measured through meeting agreed SLA’s and achieving KPI measures, complaints are to be closed within 21 calendar days.
5.The position is also responsible for compliance with SOX 404 regulations for Audits, multiple internal controls and regular reporting.
6.Inform the Billing Supervisor about any issue or opportunity at existing customers whose size or level of modification requires intervention, contact with the customer, key and major contract renewals etc. Gather adequate information for feedback.
7.Close working relationship with other country teams within the EU Billing Department, supporting colleagues in times of peak workloads where language and training permit
8.Support and Participate in any opportunity for ontinuous improvement towards improved service to internal and external customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Customer- and Service-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Native level of Spanish, Fluent in English
Proficient knowledge of another EU language is a plus
Knowledge of the Liquid Bulk business is a plus
Ability to gather information, organize the further communication of it if required.
Ability and skills to understand and handle customer care matters for different countries.
PC literate:
Experience with SAP for handling data and for reporting
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PPT)
Enthusiastic personality, approachable and open minded
Team player, with the ability to work following agreed procedures
